The Harbourside Motel is pleased to be open for the 2021 season and has taken a number of measures to protect our guests and staff during the Covid-19 pandemic.

All surfaces, including high-touch surfaces like door handles and light switches are, as usual, thoroughly cleaned. In addition all surfaces are disinfected with a government approved anti-virucidal agent.  All linens are washed with a pre-rinse bleach cycle and are dried for 40 minutes at high heat.  

Unfortunately, maid-service for multi-night stays has been discontinued until further notice. We are however, happy to collect any used linens and supply fresh linens to your door upon request. Please contact Reception. 

Our phone lines have been extremely busy so we encourage you to book online, if at all possible.  Due to the extreme volume of calls, it may take up to 24 hours for your phone call or email inquiry to be returned.  We apologize for any inconvenience.  

Guests are encouraged to wash their hands frequently and maintain physical distancing.  Guests are also encouraged to wear masks.  Our BBQ areas are open and available for use and are frequently sanitized by our housekeeping staff while on-duty between 8 a.m. and 4 p.m.  Guests are welcome to use the BBQs at your own risk and to wash your hands before and after use.

If you or any of your party are experiencing any of the COVID-19 symptoms prior to travel we ask that you opt to stay home.  Contact us and we will arrange to cancel your booking.

If you experience symptoms during your stay please notify our reception immediately.
